8 week Mindfulness courses
This 8-week Mindfulness Programme is recommended by NICE and the Mental Health Foundation. Delivered on an individual 1-1 basis. In these weekly classes you will be taught how to bring a kind, non-judgemental awareness to your experience, your body and your mind.
