About the course
This 8-week Mindfulness Programme is recommended by NICE and the Mental Health Foundation.
Delivered on an individual 1-1 basis, this is the full 8 week Mindfulness curriculum. Each session lasts for an hour after which you are given instructions and resources for daily home-based practice before your next class. A course manual supports your learning by providing context and guidance about what you are learning and explains the home practice for each week. A set of guided Mindfulness recordings are also supplied for you to use at home.
In these weekly classes you will be taught how to bring a kind, non-judgemental awareness to your experience, your body and your mind. You will learn how to apply mindfulness to stressful, uncomfortable or painful situations wherever you are, to help improve your well-being over time. These graduated weekly sessions provide all the guidance and support you need. We will also reflect on your experience and learning to ensure you get the most out of the course and the accompanying exercises. Additional support between classes is also available by arrangement.

Courses can also be tailored to your particular needs and circumstances. No prior knowledge is required and everyone is welcome over the age of 16.
What is the cost?
Individual 8 week Mindfulness courses cost £560 per person which includes a course manual and set of guided Mindfulness recordings as well as in-person or online weekly meetings.
