About the course
Each weekly group session lasts four hours after which you are given instruction and resources for daily home-based practice before your next class. Rather than running over the more usual 8 weeks, this course is delivered in four longer classes.
In the classes you will be taught how to bring a kind, non-judgemental awareness to your experience, your body and your mind. You will learn how to apply mindfulness to every stressful, uncomfortable or painful situation, wherever you are to help improve your well-being over time.
The principles and practices explored in the course are relevant to everyone, and we will explore how they apply to your own life. These courses are supportive, gentle and safe. No prior knowledge is required. Everyone is welcome over the age of 16.
The programme costs £199 per person. A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required to reserve your place.
